What happens during load shedding or a power outage?
When paired with a battery storage system, your solar solution can continue powering essential appliances—or even your entire home, depending on your chosen package. This provides uninterrupted power when the grid is unavailable.
Does the system ownership pass to the client?
Yes the ownership of the system will pass to the client at the end of the lease term or period taken.
After transfer of the asset what happens?
The client will be responsible for the maintains of the site, unless if the client takes cover for the system support, the system support can include technical support, insurance against theft and replacement against failed parts.
After sales support?
The fee for the after sales support for insurance, equipment replacement and technical support is R999 a month, which is only applicable after the system has been transferred

Will my whole house stay on?
This depends on the package selected and your home’s electricity consumption.

How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the system size and site conditions.
Do I need municipal approval?
Requirements vary depending on your municipality and local regulations. EverBright Homes will guide you through any necessary approvals.
Will my roof be damaged?
No.
Our certified installers use approved mounting systems designed to protect the integrity of your roof.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Solar panels continue producing electricity on cloudy days, although output is reduced compared with full sunshine.
